I am facing a problem with order placement, what should I do?
We apologies for the inconvenience caused, please call us on 9289217547 or mail at support@shreedhaaga.com and we will look into it. You could also chat with us on our website, we are highly responsive there too.
How do I know if my order has been placed?
You will receive an email confirmation stating that your order has been placed successfully.
How do I track my order?
Once you have placed an order, we will send you a tracking number through email. You can also track from our website by putting order details and find out about the shipment stage/time.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. For prepaid orders, you can initiate a return request once the order has been received.
What are the payment methods accepted by Shree Dhaaga?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro credit and debit cards. Cash on Delivery (COD) and Net Banking are other payment options.
What are your shipping charges?
We provide Pan India free shipping on all the products.

I have received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
If we have made a mistake on our end by sending you an incorrect item or damaged item, please send us an email at support@shreedhaaga.com with a photograph of the item. We will return it to you with the correct item.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
if given address is wrong kindly notify us via email at support@shreedhaaga.com or call on 9289217547. We’ll change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
